The reality is that others often see the value of our ideas before we do. That is why the Southside Bethlehem Keystone Innovation Zone is in business. Let us review your ideas, concepts, and business dreams.
We are entering our fifth year of operations and have assisted over twenty new entrepreneurs in various business ventures... Our program is technology based around several broadly defined clusters. They include Opto/microelectronics, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Advance Materials, and Nanotechnology.
While these categories may appear to be limiting, the reverse is actually true. By way of example, the Life Sciences can include anything from development of a new medical instrument or a new procedure to research on a new drug. Information Technology can refer to the invention of a new computer device or someone designing a new innovative computer program to address a specific business niche.
Many times a new product is developed using existing technology in a new and innovative way. Not everyone has to invent something in order to become a successful entrepreneur. Sometimes a new use of an existing technology is just as valuable.
